A risk assessment requires completion 24 hrs before attendance. A $20 Travel Fee is needed to secure a home visit, this can be refunded at request. Claire will not be entering your house- Consults are provided within the mobile office/van. Claire will not be providing transport.

About Claire Nurse Practitioner
A Nurse Practitioner is a Registered Nurse with the experience, expertise and authority to diagnose and treat people of all ages with a variety of acute or chronic health conditions.
Claire Prior registered as a nurse in 2003 and completed a graduate year at Latrobe Regional Hospital, working there until branching out into General Practice. Claire enjoyed community nursing and gained experience in numerous Latrobe GP practices. Graduating from the University of Melbourne, in 2017, after extended studies in advanced practice nursing, specialising in women’s health, preventative health, and chronic disease management, Claire was endorsed as a Nurse Practitioner. Whilst working in other regions, Claire has continued to advance her practice, gaining experience as a midwife and maternal and child health nurse.

The van has heating or air-conditioning, TV, lounge and chair, and a private ensuite.
Please note that stepping up-into the Van, which could be up to 50cm high, is required when attending for appointments.
Unfortunately, it's unlikely that prams or wheelchairs will fit and attendees are limited due to space restrictions
